• Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and build effective interview processes
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience focused on non-technical roles
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments
• Startup experience preferred, especially in fast-paced settings
• Experience using ATS platforms, such as Ashby
• Resourceful and proactive with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
