Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience focused on non-technical roles
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments
- Startup experience preferred, especially in fast-paced settings
- Experience using ATS platforms, such as Ashby
- Resourceful and proactive with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
