Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator (DFW Only).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer day-to-day operations of all benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and the 401(k) plan
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding benefits questions and claims resolution
  • Maintain and update employee benefit records in Workday HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in employee benefits administration
  • Experience with Workday Benefits HRIS is required
  • Solid understanding of employee benefits regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA, COBRA, etc.)
  • Experience with benefit data audits and reporting is a plus
  • Prior involvement in benefits implementation or open enrollment projects is preferred
