A company is looking for a Recruiter- Contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to execute hiring processes for high-volume requisitions
- Review resumes and manage candidate communication and interview logistics
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality policies throughout the recruiting process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in high volume, full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in healthcare or science
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or HRIS systems
