Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter- Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to execute hiring processes for high-volume requisitions
• Review resumes and manage candidate communication and interview logistics
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality policies throughout the recruiting process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in high volume, full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in healthcare or science
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or HRIS systems
