A company is looking for a Human Resource Learning and Development Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement talent agenda focusing on learning and development initiatives
- Evaluate business reports and assist in implementing new policies for efficiency improvements
- Lead training and development plans related to employee engagement, diversity, and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- 4 years of experience in workforce planning, performance management, and retention strategies
- Experience with FMLA, ADA, EEO law, and training adult learners
- 2 years of HR experience in a call center environment governed by Title IV regulations
- Experience supporting organizations with at least 1000+ employees
