Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Learning and Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement talent agenda focusing on learning and development initiatives
  • Evaluate business reports and assist in implementing new policies for efficiency improvements
  • Lead training and development plans related to employee engagement, diversity, and compliance


Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in workforce planning, performance management, and retention strategies
  • Experience with FMLA, ADA, EEO law, and training adult learners
  • 2 years of HR experience in a call center environment governed by Title IV regulations
  • Experience supporting organizations with at least 1000+ employees
