Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships for external job posting partners and CRM platforms
- Oversee recruitment advertising budget and optimize recruitment expenditures
- Develop landing pages and provide training for CRM users on various functionalities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience with Workday and similar CRM tools
- Knowledge of recruitment process, OFCCP, EEO regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience managing budgets and strong analytical skills for data evaluation
- Previous experience in reporting and negotiation
