A company is looking for a Director of Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the interpretation and guidance on HR policies, employee relations matters, and performance management
  • Develop and maintain policies using an equity framework and implement improvements
  • Manage team members, including hiring, coaching, and setting priorities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of HR experience in a represented environment, with 3 years managing employee relations
  • Expertise in federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies
  • Experience in promoting inclusion and equity within organizational strategy and culture
  • Ability to use HR data for policy development and decision-making
