Key Responsibilities
- Lead the interpretation and guidance on HR policies, employee relations matters, and performance management
- Develop and maintain policies using an equity framework and implement improvements
- Manage team members, including hiring, coaching, and setting priorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of HR experience in a represented environment, with 3 years managing employee relations
- Expertise in federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies
- Experience in promoting inclusion and equity within organizational strategy and culture
- Ability to use HR data for policy development and decision-making
