A company is looking for a Payroll & HR Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll operations including preparation, processing, and compliance across multiple states
  • Support employee lifecycle processes and administer employee benefit programs
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance in HR systems, including conducting audits and maintaining records
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll processing, or a related role
  • Familiarity with benefits administration, HR compliance, and employment regulations
  • In-depth understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws
  • Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems, preferably BambooHR
