Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll operations including preparation, processing, and compliance across multiple states
- Support employee lifecycle processes and administer employee benefit programs
- Ensure data integrity and compliance in HR systems, including conducting audits and maintaining records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll processing, or a related role
- Familiarity with benefits administration, HR compliance, and employment regulations
- In-depth understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws
- Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems, preferably BambooHR
