Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager of HRBPs in managing day-to-day people needs across assigned clinics and regions
• Provide exemplary service to internal teams while resolving employee relations matters in a timely manner
• Assist with administrative people processes including coordinating exit interviews and job changes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience
• Basic knowledge of employment law
• SHRM, HRCI or other HR certificate is a plus
• Experience in veterinary medicine/healthcare is a plus
