Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager of HRBPs in managing day-to-day people needs across assigned clinics and regions
- Provide exemplary service to internal teams while resolving employee relations matters in a timely manner
- Assist with administrative people processes including coordinating exit interviews and job changes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Basic knowledge of employment law
- SHRM, HRCI or other HR certificate is a plus
- Experience in veterinary medicine/healthcare is a plus
