Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Recruiter (contract to hire).

Key Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various business areas, including executive leadership hiring
• Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to meet growth needs
• Mentor and support junior team members while continuously improving recruiting and interviewing practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity
• Prior experience recruiting at a fast-growth startup preferred
• Track record of success in a high velocity, output-driven environment
• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
