Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for GTM and G&A roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing
- Partner strategically with leadership to understand business requirements and hiring priorities
- Drive inclusive recruiting practices and enhance the employer brand within the Go-to-Market community
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience in fast-growing startups or high-growth technology companies
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior-level Sales and G&A talent
- Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple priorities
- ATS proficiency with hands-on experience using and optimizing recruiting technology
- Passion for healthcare technology and understanding of AI's impact on healthcare delivery
