Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter to support their growth in building Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for GTM and G&A roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing
• Partner strategically with leadership to understand business requirements and hiring priorities
• Drive inclusive recruiting practices and enhance the employer brand within the Go-to-Market community

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience in fast-growing startups or high-growth technology companies
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior-level Sales and G&A talent
• Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple priorities
• ATS proficiency with hands-on experience using and optimizing recruiting technology
• Passion for healthcare technology and understanding of AI's impact on healthcare delivery
