Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Clinical Hiring Manager (CHM) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct second interviews to assess candidates' clinical fit
• Make offers to selected candidates and follow up on the offers
• Source candidates for high-priority openings using various methods

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted professional licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC
• 3-5 years of post-licensure practice experience
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience with GSuite software
• Previous inpatient psychiatric unit experience is required
