Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize their UKG Pro Human Capital Management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize UKG Pro modules and support the rollout of Workforce Management
- Ensure compliance with payroll, benefits, and reporting requirements while developing and managing reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide technical support and training to HR users and troubleshoot system issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro, including reporting and system configuration
- Knowledge of payroll and benefit compliance frameworks (e.g., ACA, 401(k))
- Experience with UKG Business Intelligence (Cognos) and Excel-based data transformation
- Experience in healthcare or multi-state, hourly workforce environments is preferred
