Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Specialist to administer FMLA policies and support operational functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist associates with Leave of Absence requests and guide them through the process
  • Process LOA paperwork and review FMLA documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Provide timely responses to management and maintain records of all LOA requests
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in FMLA claim administration or a related field
  • Current experience in the integrated disability and absence management industry
  • Solid understanding of FMLA and employment regulations
  • Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by educational services
