Key Responsibilities
- Assist associates with Leave of Absence requests and guide them through the process
- Process LOA paperwork and review FMLA documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Provide timely responses to management and maintain records of all LOA requests
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of experience in FMLA claim administration or a related field
- Current experience in the integrated disability and absence management industry
- Solid understanding of FMLA and employment regulations
- Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by educational services
