Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting efforts in the upstream oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day recruiting operations and drive hiring outcomes in partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and follow-ups
- Track candidate progress and provide timely reporting on recruiting metrics and pipeline activity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of recruiting coordination or full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in the upstream or midstream oil and gas industry is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and common HR tech tools
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with limited supervision
