Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
  • Investigate employee complaints and disputes, documenting actions and recommending resolutions
  • Conduct internal audits of employee relations issues to identify trends and recommend actions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in business administration or human resources
  • Nine or more years of experience in human resources or employee relations
  • Experience with human resources laws, regulations, and practices
  • Strong comprehension skills for developing and applying solutions to employee relations issues
  • Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
