Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor (Remote in US).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
- Investigate employee complaints and disputes, documenting actions and recommending resolutions
- Conduct internal audits of employee relations issues to identify trends and recommend actions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in business administration or human resources
- Nine or more years of experience in human resources or employee relations
- Experience with human resources laws, regulations, and practices
- Strong comprehension skills for developing and applying solutions to employee relations issues
- Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
