A company is looking for a Director of Compensation & Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction and management of compensation, benefits, and equity plans
- Design and implement competitive compensation programs and benefit plans that align with business goals
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and manage vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall HR experience with 10+ years in Benefits/Compensation design and management
- Experience working with the Compensation Committee of the Board
- Extensive knowledge of federal and state legislation affecting benefits and compensation
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources related discipline; advanced degree or degree in Finance preferred
- Previous acquisition/divestiture experience
