A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to source, screen, hire, and retain qualified healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct phone interviews and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain communication with scheduling supervisors and hiring managers regarding recruitment activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 4 years of related recruiting and interviewing experience required
- Experience in Home Care and nurse recruitment preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Employment Laws on Federal/State level preferred
