Job Summary
A company is looking for a HRIS Data Specialist to manage data entry and maintain data accuracy across HRIS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new hire data entry and process HRIS change requests
- Audit and maintain employee data in HRIS while ensuring compliance with protocols
- Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate data changes before payroll cycles
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience with HR data entry is required
- Experience with Dayforce is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with D365, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow is a plus
- Proven ability to follow processes and seek clarification when needed
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple requests
