Key Responsibilities
- Provide client support for inquiries related to I-9 and E-Verify through various communication channels
- Manage E-Verify submissions and resolve compliance issues while ensuring program adherence
- Participate in system updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and complete daily intake and report reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of I-9 experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to adapt to various Knowledge Management Systems
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive information
