Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS organization
- Experience in employee relations, managing sensitive issues effectively
- Ability to support remote teams across multiple states
- Willingness to balance strategic work with administrative tasks
