Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS organization
• Experience in employee relations, managing sensitive issues effectively
• Ability to support remote teams across multiple states
• Willingness to balance strategic work with administrative tasks
