Key Responsibilities:

- Create reports and translate data into actionable insights for leadership

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Psychology, or related field
- Three (3)+ years of experience in data collection, reporting, or employee engagement support
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts in an enterprise environment
- Working knowledge of tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Master's degree in a related field preferred
