A company is looking for a Lost Time Claims Specialist, Workers' Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate indemnity claims, establishing action plans for medical and indemnity benefits
- Conduct investigations and gather facts to determine claim outcomes and eligibility for benefits
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate claims management and promote quality medical care
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Three years of experience in the field of workers' compensation insurance required
- One valid workers' compensation adjuster license is strongly preferred
- Experience in workers' compensation claims practices, laws, and court procedures
- Ability to manage claims through the litigation process
