Required Qualifications

• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in high-volume and/or specialized recruiting across multiple functions
• Proficiency in leveraging recruitment data and metrics for hiring decisions
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Proven track record of partnering with hiring managers effectively
