Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Lead to oversee the implementation and configuration of the Workday system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday across multiple modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize internal processes and deliver impactful solutions
- Manage full-cycle HRIS projects, including project planning, testing coordination, and status updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, MIS, Business Administration, or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in HRIS or a similar role
- 6+ years of experience with Workday is required
- Proficient in 5+ Workday modules such as Core HCM, Reporting, and Compensation
- Workday Pro certification is strongly preferred
