Required Qualifications

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret workforce data
- Proven ability to influence change at senior organizational levels
- Experience managing HR functions for wage and hourly employee populations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
