- Oversee the administration of global stock-based compensation programs and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in executive compensation at a publicly traded company
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CCP certification preferred
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations and tax regulations related to executive compensation
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and manage multiple tasks effectively
