Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of competitive executive compensation programs
  • Design and implement short- and long-term incentive plans aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee the administration of global stock-based compensation programs and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in executive compensation at a publicly traded company
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CCP certification preferred
  • Deep understanding of SEC regulations and tax regulations related to executive compensation
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and manage multiple tasks effectively
