Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across multiple payroll cycles
- Maintain compensation, health benefits, and retirement plans while managing payroll vendors and external partnerships
- Stay updated on international tax and labor regulations, and lead efforts to automate and improve payroll operations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of payroll experience, preferably with international scope
- Knowledge of California and multi-state payroll regulations
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; familiarity with ADP is a plus
- Proven ability to manage complex, deadline-driven processes accurately
