  • Engage with stakeholders to implement human capital strategies and ensure compliance with risk management frameworks


Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, including program design and analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with compensation program design and sales/incentive compensation
