Key Responsibilities
- Manage companywide compensation initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational strategy
- Oversee the Compensation team, providing coaching and development while managing projects and assignments
- Engage with stakeholders to implement human capital strategies and ensure compliance with risk management frameworks
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, including program design and analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with compensation program design and sales/incentive compensation
