Key Responsibilities
  • Process multi-state payroll and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
  • Manage benefits program enrollments, changes, and audits
  • Support the full employee lifecycle and assist with performance management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required
  • 3-5+ years of HR experience with payroll and benefits administration
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPP certification preferred
  • Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll systems
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and multi-state employment practices
