Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech environment
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, including base, bonus, and equity
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for compensation planning
- Familiarity with engineering talent market trends and AI compensation
- Experience in creating and maintaining scalable compensation frameworks
