HR Technology Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Technology Product Manager - Workday Core HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and support HR initiatives to enhance employee experiences and business processes
• Design, implement, and optimize HR solutions using HR systems expertise and best practices
• Lead a high-performing team to achieve strategic objectives and develop a technology roadmap for Core HCM

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in leading HR Technology projects and teams
• 2+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, human resources, or related field (preferred)
• Relevant certifications in Workday Core HCM (preferred)
