Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter 2 (GTA) to join their team in a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities
- Source qualified candidates through various channels and conduct interviews to assess fit
- Maintain accurate employment records and communicate updates to candidates throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer service or recruiting role
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices
- Understanding of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Experience supporting or recruiting for roles within Corporate Functions such as HR, Finance, and Marketing
