Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter 2 (GTA) to join their team in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities
• Source qualified candidates through various channels and conduct interviews to assess fit
• Maintain accurate employment records and communicate updates to candidates throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in a customer service or recruiting role
• Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices
• Understanding of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Experience supporting or recruiting for roles within Corporate Functions such as HR, Finance, and Marketing
