Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Director to lead compensation strategies and activities remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead compensation-related strategies and provide consulting and analytical services aligned with business goals
  • Develop and implement compensation policies, programs, and communications in partnership with executive leaders
  • Manage compensation resources and participate in enterprise-wide compensation projects, ensuring effective communication and administration


Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of People Team experience with a focus on Compensation
  • Experience in managing relationships in a matrix environment
  • Deep understanding of compensation principles, including program design and implementation
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in assessing and implementing compensation initiatives
  • Experience in building relationships and influencing business leaders across the organization
