Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist & Benefits Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Support SCA wage determination compliance and maintain accurate documentation for contracts
- Assist in general HR operations, including onboarding, performance reviews, and compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum three years of experience in Benefits Administration
- Minimum one year of experience in SCA Wage Determination Support
- Minimum one year of HR Generalist experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Rippling preferred)
- HR experience within Government Contracting is strongly preferred
