Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate documentation for audits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (HR certification preferred)
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare or ABA clinical teams
- Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices across multi-state operations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
- Experience in change management and employee engagement
