Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (HR certification preferred)
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare or ABA clinical teams
• Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices across multi-state operations
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
• Experience in change management and employee engagement
