Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator to manage pre-onboarding and onboarding tasks for new hires and transfers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to new hires and employees regarding onboarding and HR inquiries
- Process and manage HR transactions, including data entry, background checks, and tuition reimbursement
- Coordinate new employee orientation and ensure compliance with records management policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- No prior experience required; relevant experience may substitute for education (minimum of four years)
- Preferred experience in Human Resources, customer service, or data entry
- Familiarity with multiple ATS, CRM, and HRM systems, particularly Taleo and PeopleSoft
