Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment life-cycle, including candidate screening and promoting a positive candidate experience
  • Consult and advise hiring managers on the hiring process, including job requisition details and job descriptions
  • Develop sourcing strategies for talent acquisition using various resources to maintain a candidate pipeline
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of professional recruiting experience
  • Experience in the staffing or technology industry preferred
  • AIRS Certification preferred
  • Proficiency with staffing tools and Microsoft Office Suite
