- Manage the recruitment life-cycle, including candidate screening and promoting a positive candidate experience
- Consult and advise hiring managers on the hiring process, including job requisition details and job descriptions
- Develop sourcing strategies for talent acquisition using various resources to maintain a candidate pipeline
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of professional recruiting experience
- Experience in the staffing or technology industry preferred
- AIRS Certification preferred
- Proficiency with staffing tools and Microsoft Office Suite
