- 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, People Operations, and Compliance
- Proven expertise in compensation strategy and benefits design
- Strong knowledge of multi-state compliance and HR regulatory landscapes
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; MBA preferred
- Professional HR certifications preferred
