Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, People Operations, and Compliance
• Proven expertise in compensation strategy and benefits design
• Strong knowledge of multi-state compliance and HR regulatory landscapes
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; MBA preferred
• Professional HR certifications preferred
