Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration/Management
- 5-7 years of recruitment experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of diverse sourcing techniques
