  • Drive equity compensation strategy and ensure compliance with legal requirements globally
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
  • 8-10+ years of total rewards experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
  • Strong expertise in compensation design and global benefits strategy
  • Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and experience with International Benefits is a plus
  • Experience working cross-functionally with executive, finance, legal, and people teams
