Key Responsibilities
- Architect and manage competitive compensation frameworks and lead annual compensation planning cycles
- Oversee global benefits programs focusing on innovation and employee well-being
- Drive equity compensation strategy and ensure compliance with legal requirements globally
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
- 8-10+ years of total rewards experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
- Strong expertise in compensation design and global benefits strategy
- Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and experience with International Benefits is a plus
- Experience working cross-functionally with executive, finance, legal, and people teams
