Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of leave of absences in compliance with policies and laws
- Audit leave records for accuracy and resolve payroll inquiries
- Assist in developing procedures to ensure compliance and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Experience in accommodation coordination and leave administration
- Knowledge of federal and state leave laws
- Familiarity with payroll systems, preferably Workday
- Ability to partner with vendors and management effectively
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
