Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Associate Relations Investigator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve various employment complaints, including harassment and discrimination
- Act as a consultant and coach for managers and associates on conflict resolution
- Document investigation plans and recommendations in a timely and high-quality manner
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Human Resources, Legal, or Risk Management experience
- At least 3 years of investigation experience
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment is preferred
- Knowledge of employment law and practices is preferred
