Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business needs
- Lead and coach a talent acquisition team to ensure exceptional candidate experiences
- Utilize metrics and insights to evaluate hiring performance and inform decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum seven years of experience in sourcing and recruitment, with at least four years in leadership roles
- Proven success in leading recruitment strategies in high-growth organizations
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and compliance frameworks
- Experience in the Healthcare industry strongly preferred
