Key Responsibilities

• Manage a workload of up to 25 roles per day in high-volume recruiting environments
• Utilize various recruiting platforms to source and attract top talent
• Use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate tracking and recruitment processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT and healthcare sales
• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting
• Proficiency in using various recruiting platforms and ATS
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
