Key Responsibilities
- Establish a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and Compensation Committee
- Oversee executive compensation aspects including benchmarking, plan design, and compliance
- Develop and implement competitive compensation programs that align with business goals and attract top talent
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Total Rewards experience, with 6+ years in compensation program development in global public companies
- Proven leadership experience in motivating employees and driving strategic plans
- Familiarity with compensation tools such as Workday, Radford, and Mercer
- Experience managing complex projects and building relationships with global teams
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, dynamic environments
