Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups or top-tier recruiting agencies
• A track record of hiring exceptional talent across technical and non-technical roles
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort with outreach-heavy recruiting
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruiting data workflows
• Bonus: experience recruiting for hardware or AI-related roles
