Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as FMLA/Leave Administration and ADA Accommodations
- Assist in training and creating documentation for HR associates, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Handle escalations and communicate effectively with employees and leaders regarding HR-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field, or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience
- Two years of related experience in HR functions
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with FMLA and related HR processes
- No specific certifications required
