Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Admin Assistant to provide administrative support in HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing materials and managing documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and assist with compliance-related tasks
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and generate standard HR reports as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • 1-5 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, with remote experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of HR processes and tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
