Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full life cycle recruiting and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and pre-screen candidates using behavioral techniques
• Provide candidates with detailed information about the company and extend offers of employment

Required Qualifications

• BS and 6 years of experience or equivalent experience
• Experience in full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and qualifying candidates
• Ability to recruit for a broad range of positions on a national level
• Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to manage expectations and build effective recruiting strategies
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
