A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full life cycle recruiting and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and pre-screen candidates using behavioral techniques
- Provide candidates with detailed information about the company and extend offers of employment
Required Qualifications
- BS and 6 years of experience or equivalent experience
- Experience in full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and qualifying candidates
- Ability to recruit for a broad range of positions on a national level
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to manage expectations and build effective recruiting strategies
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
