Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant to support its Artificial Intelligence business vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored compensation solutions in partnership with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders
- Evaluate compensation program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on business impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance with compensation policies
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree in the same fields AND 4+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in compensation program design
- Deep knowledge of compensation principles, methods, and budgeting techniques
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Equivalent experience may be considered
